Mountains had always been Naga's home. Sadly, like a hermit however, she found herself often drifting away from the main hall of Hellmaw. She did not stray far, but it was enough to give her a taste of freedom from a life under her mothers reign. She hadn't known much, she had been young and dumb. She didn't understand the rulings of her mother but now she did.
Nima has been a fair ruler, although her father would say otherwise with the scar on his face. Naga would just say they weren't right for each other. Toxicity at it's finest. Naga did not understand why her father turned his nose up at Kopec, nor had she understood her feelings when they'd lost Tychus to the mountains. Nima though, she was resilient, strong. She was the Empress that inspired but her dreams had never come into fruition.
A year on, having reached adulthood, Naga found herself seeking her own purpose. With the sun settling low in the snowy peaks, the she-wolf found herself stretching out her her physique and walking with the grace her mother had once held. Her legs were long and tread lightly, while she carried her head high with a slight sway to her hips. No more hunching, and no more hiding. The fox-eyed serpent found herself observing the world with new eyes, keener sight.
And a new hunger.
